Modeling Guide（MEP）
We have compiled basic rules focusing on three areas: standardizing Revit input
categories,
sharing input status according to project stages, and managing data structures. These rules aim to promote
BIM
data standardization, establish efficient model workflows, and enhance daily operations through SBS
implementation.
The BIM Modeling Guide serves as a standard reference for model creation
but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of BIM models. Project-specific
agreements—established based on a project’s purpose, scale, unique characteristics, BIM objectives, and
scope—take precedence over this modeling guide.
